Mohammad Jaman Khan FCS, MSc (UK), Managing Director of the company, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of corporate experience in Accounts, Finance, Corporate Governance, and Company Secretarial services. Mr. Khan specializes in capital market advisory, financial consultancy, and compliance services. Additionally, as Lead Consultant at Virtual Accountants BPO Ltd., he offers remote accountancy, payroll management, and company secretarial services to clients across the UK, USA, Australia, Dubai, and Malaysia. Previously, he worked as an Accountant at August Martyn Accountants Ltd., UK, advising startups and SMEs on strategic financial decisions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Throughout his career, Mr. Khan’s leadership roles include serving as Company Secretary at NAVANA Group and INDEX Group of Companies in Bangladesh, where he gained extensive expertise in corporate governance, board management, regulatory filings, and corporate restructuring. He holds an MSc in International Business from the University of Ulster, United Kingdom. He also earned an MBS and BBS in Accounting and Information Systems from Jagannath University, Bangladesh. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) and an Associate Member of the Certified Public Accountants Association (ACPA), UK.
Mr. Khan is also an experienced academic, having served as an adjunct faculty member with United International University and Daffodil International University. He is also a corporate trainer, sharing his industry knowledge and experience through courses and training sessions on corporate compliance, corporate governance, taxation, the Companies Act, and Corporate Laws and Practices.
